My favorite Easter joke!

The joke below just cracks me up.....maybe because I always ate the ears off of my bunnies first! Now I am into those marshmallow chicks...I buy them, open them up and stick them in the back of the cupboard so they can "age". This year I bought green ones! I have never seen green ones before so I had to have them. They are going through the aging process as we speak. Ill eat them in a couple weeks.

I think I am feeling a little better today. I think this weather is depressing me. I want it to be sunny and warm. At least I have been productive today..I babysit for my beautiful grand daughter from 11am till 3:30pm. Zack and his Daddy went to Chucky Cheese for a birthday party...cast and all. When I seen the cast on Zacks little leg, I said...."Oh its such a cute little cast!" And it is. Im going to take pictures.

After Ben picked up the baby I went to work...Peggy is doing wonderful...we are working on the steps and she does them so well. Especially considering that she could hardly walk when she got out of the hospital. As soon as it warms up we will be doing some exercise outside. When I tell Peggy this she just looks at me! I told her by summertime she will be running marathons! ;)) Gertie ( my 87 yr old lady) who came home from the hospital about 3 months ago with 2 horrible bedsores is healing up nicely. I go 5 days a week to keep Peggy moving and get steadier on her feet and to Gerties to dress her bedsore, which involves cleaning it and changing the bandages everyday. I have great jobs, I love my people and their families. I cant tell you how many friends I have made in this job. After being stuck in an office for 12 years, I appreciate getting out and helping people and meeting their families.

PS...you all might want to tune in Monday.....I have an important post coming. One I have labored over for many hours!!!!

Hi Catch, someone emailed this to me so I also posted it, (slightly different wording!). I wonder how many other blogs it's appeared in over the last couple of days?

i thought my husband was the only one who "aged" peeps! he buys enough to hide for weeks. he doesn't really have to hide them because no one else likes them, but it makes him feel like he's got something special. lol.

i'm looking forward to more show and tells!

little people with cast's is cute and heart breaking at the same time. Baby broke both arms (different times) when she was 3 or 4 I saved both of the cast's. when I look at them now it is amazing how small they are.
peeps are way better 'aged'...if they sold them 'aged' I bet they would sell more :)
