I do not think any of the men in my life ever read that..........back in my day, women were seldom considered equal, and most often looked at as something you owned, and used and abused. But then I chosen very badly......haha And I married a native American, he referred to me as "his woman", and when he spoke of the kids, he said, "the kids I had FOR HIM." It is a unique way of thinking........walking 10 paces behind.

Catch,
Thanks for the reminder. It's always good to come back to the basics.

I consider wifey to be my equal, I know I would be lost without her. (it would definitely be quieter though!)

That's the first time I've seen that, how beautiful and correct. A copy should be given to every new groom.

That is a very beautiful post and powerful post. Back when my husband and I were a little more than friends before we became boyfriend/girlfriend, the guy I was dating made me cry, and my husband told me how wrong that was, and he would never make me cry.
I've shed very few tears with him, in the almost 20 years I've known him.
It is a great reminder, you do come up with the coolest things. :)
Have a great day Catch!

i wish that was in the bible, at least written as clearly and not in hidden meanings as so much in there is. Then maybe less women would take teh crap they do.
