Its snowing!

We woke up to the beautiful white stuff this morning! Its about time we got some snow. It just makes everything so pretty. Its not real cold. Its a nice day to just stay in and stay comfy.

How bout this picture? Pretty cool, huh? I remember the very first time I went to the beach. We got all situated in our room, got our bathing suits on and went down to the beach, we were there about 10 minutes and the lifeguards started blowing those horns, I didnt know what was happening. It was a shark alert! I thought " my first time at the beach and that damn Jaws is here". They didnt need to worry about me going out to far...I barely leave the shore. I just like the atmosphere of being at the beach. This past year we went to Ocean City and I really liked it there. Nice shops along the beach, we had rooms right on the beach, and plenty of good places to eat.

I like sitting in the sand and enjoying the sun. A couple of my girlfriends dont like getting sand on them. By the end of the day I usually have about 2 ton of sand in my bathing suit. When I took it off at Ocean City a pile of sand literally fell out on the bathroom floor! Whats the sense of going to the beach if you dont like playing in the sand.

I need to get busy here...figure out whats for dinner. Hope you guys are all having an enjoyable Sunday.

Whoo Hoooo I'm first!!!
I can't stand going to the beach...I hate having sand in my crotch!
If I go swimming in our lake it is off of the boat out in the middle somewhere, safely away from the sand :)
Have a Great Sunday

That picture is FREAKY!

I love the beach...like you said...the atmosphere...etc.

The sand? Not so much!

I'd rather lay out at the pool.

But you do get a better tan at the beach in less time. :)

That photo is fuh-rea-KY!!! I grew up on the beach, literally just outside the door, and we jumped into that water every single day, ran out with jellyfish stings and rusty nails in our feet, got sting treatment and ER vists and jumped right back in again. Truly. Nowadays, I go about knee-deep if I visit the beach. I, too, love the atmosphere....but now I know what's REALLY in there!! SmileyDad swims up to his neck, though.....but not me.......

ps, I love the quote. It's just beautiful. If anyone would like a translation, I'd be happy to oblige.

What's the purpose of going to the beach if you're not going to play in the sand?

How about to watch hot women (in my case) or hot guys (in your case) play in the sand while almost totally naked? Life doesn't get much better than that, does it?

Everybody's got some cold weather going on here lately! I absolutely love going to the beach, but I think I'd be scared to death if I heard a shark alert!
